Our Guarantee
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Coast Rocketry within 30 days, you may return the merchandise, in a new and unused condition in the original packaging, for a full refund or exchange. For complete details see our REFUND POLICY.
Payment Methods
PayPal - Coast Rocketry also accepts PayPal as payment on mail orders. Simply provide us with the email you would like the invoice sent to and we will send it on.
Credit Card Orders - Coast Rocketry accepts MasterCard and Visa as payment on mail orders. We also accept debit cards for in person transactions.
Gift
Certificates - Coast Rocketry offers gift certificates.
They can be made out in any amount or they can be for any items Coast Rocketry
offers.
Shipping Methods - Coast Rocketry will generally ship via Canada Post's Expedited parcel post however we can ship via Canada Post's Express Post and Priority Courier at your request. DHL and UPS service are also available. Shipping charges will be calculated when you order is placed and may include the cost of packaging.
Applicable taxes
Canadian orders:
All orders within British Columbia, Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island - H.S.T.
All orders to the rest of Canada will only be charged the G.S.T.
International orders - No taxes are applied to orders being shipped out of Canada. Coast Rocketry will not be responsible for any import duties or taxes levied by the country of receipt. Please check with local authorities before placing an order.
Backorders - In the unlikely event that we are out of stock of any particular item you have ordered we will contact you to allow you to either change your order or backorder out-of-stock merchandise.
Refund policy
Refunds will be given on regular
stock items within 30 days from date of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the
manner that the funds were received by Coast Rocketry. Any credits left on your
account with Coast Rocketry can be used toward a future order. All
merchandise must be received by us in a re-salable condition. Merchandise
will be unused and returned in the original packaging. To make a return
you must contact us first for a return authorization #. No returns will be
accepted by Coast Rocketry without prior authorization. Please contact
Motors and Ignition supplies
You must be at least 18 years of age to order motors, and/or ignition supplies. Persons under 18 years of age must have parental consent to do so. Coast Rocketry strictly adheres to all Explosive Regulatory Department and Canadian Association of Rocketry regulations concerning the sale of all motor and ignition supplies. Proof of current and valid certification must be presented to purchase and high powered rocket motors.
DISCLAIMER
Since Coast Rocketry cannot control the use of the products once sold, Coast Rocketry cannot be held responsible for any personal injury or property damage resulting from the use or misuse of any of the products. The buyer assumes all risks and liabilities therefore and accepts and uses the products on these conditions. By purchasing products from Coast Rocketry, the purchaser agrees to these conditions.
